The PD16 Business Hub Advisory Council is made up of entrepreneurs and small business owners from across Planning District 16 — people who have started businesses from scratch, navigated growth, survived setbacks, and scaled beyond what they imagined. They bring no corporate agenda. They bring lived experience, community roots, and a genuine investment in seeing PD16 businesses thrive.
